About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Principal Researcher to join our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation. As a key member of our Low Carbon Value Chains team, you will play a crucial role in delivering research, technology development projects, and specialist services towards the low-carbon value chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify technology solutions and perform specialist services within low carbon value chains, mainly Hydrogen and Ammonia.
- Follow up development and implementation of new technology with our internal and external partners.
- Contribute to shaping our future and setting direction for tomorrow's technology development portfolio.
- Develop your competence in challenging tasks and work together with highly qualified colleagues in an inspiring and caring work environment.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD education within Chemistry or Engineering, with 5-15 years relevant experience within downstream processing, and/or Hydrogen/Ammonia production.
- Specialization within process simulations, gas conversion, synthesis gas.
- Experience with process simulators.
- Team player with the ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary environment on multiple locations.
- Ability to lead and take responsibility for project deliveries.
- Curious and stakeholder-driven mindset.
