Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    Develop and implement the annual operating plan and monthly forecasts.
    Prepare monthly forecast updates in collaboration with senior leadership.

  2. Operational Performance Improvement:
    Prepare and review monthly results and ad-hoc analyses to enhance operational productivity through revenue generation, margin expansion, and/or cost control.
    Develop financial presentation packages for review by senior leadership and business partners.

  3. Cost Management:
    Develop working capital targets for business units and coordinate with various functions to achieve targets.
    Continuously review the profitability of zone customers, categories, and products.

  4. Compliance and Risk Management:
    Review and develop financial justifications for capital and operating investments.
    Ensure business activities and processes comply with applicable laws and US GAAP.

  5. Customer Engagement:
    Actively participate and co-lead the customer proposal/RFQ process.
    Resolve financial/reporting issues raised by the business area or operating team.

  6. Best Practices:
    Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
    Recommend best practices based on analytical data review.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  2. 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
