About the Role:

This position involves overseeing professional, high-stakes examinations for adult learners. Invigilators are required to follow all procedures and instructions to protect the integrity and security of the examinations.

The successful candidate will have good computer skills as well as strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the exam room for candidates
2. Greet candidates and verify their identification documents
3. Support test centre staff during exams
4. Communicate instructions to candidates clearly
5. Assist candidates with any problems or concerns
6. Record attendance and monitor candidates
7. Ensure candidates do not possess prohibited items
8. Deal with technical issues promptly
9. Report and record incidents
10. Communicate any problems to VICTVS management

Requirements:

1. Fluent English & Norwegian language skills (spoken and written)
2. Strong computer literacy
3. Able to communicate confidently and professionally
4. Excellent organisational and administrative skills
5. Accuracy and attention to detail
6. Punctuality and good time management
7. Ability to follow instructions with confidence
