Client Food Services Director

Role Overview

This position involves overseeing all aspects of our food services program, from micro markets to conference centers, hospitality, catering, office, coffee and beverage service as well as vending.

You will be responsible for ensuring our program is delivered effectively, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee Food Service operations at assigned locations and activities, including Third Party Service contractors.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive culinary-based nutrition and wellness programs.
  3. Manage spend and financials related to Food Services programs, developing recommendations and strategies for clients.
  4. Partner with vendors to plan, design, and implement awareness events, classes, and demonstrations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum five to ten years progressive experience in foodservice/hospitality management.
  • Proficient communication skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to work with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong background in a leadership role with exposure to contract management, customer service, people development, food services, etc.
