Job Description:
A Friendly and Passionate Customer Service Representative is sought to join the Royal Caribbean Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extending assistance to resolve guest issues and concerns in a considerate and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively listen to guests and respond promptly to their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with guests, department heads, and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions

Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in a customer contact position within the hotel field or related industry
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and effective decision-making abilities
- Ability to operate basic office equipment, including telephones, computers, and copy machines

Language Requirements:
- Required to speak English clearly and distinctly
- Aptitude to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures
- Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish is essential
