As a Nordic Commercial Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising on negotiations and agreements. You will also participate in the development of commercially focused solutions and collaborate closely with the operations team.

Main Tasks:
  • Portfolio Acquisition: Participate in negotiation and delivery of portfolio acquisition in Norway, Sweden, and Finland
  • Contract Compliance: Close collaboration with the operations team to operationalize contract obligations and advise on contract compliance
  • Contract Negotiations: Participate in the drafting/reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing Nordic commercial contracts, from day-to-day engagements to major projects
