Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for defining and supporting the development of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs throughout the product-market lifecycle. You will collaborate with Agile teams to build or buy the required functionality to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap to ensure product completeness.
- Manage and prioritize the flow of work, ensuring enough features are ready in the backlog.
- Define releases, plan products, and help define technical architecture requirements and sequencing.
- Relevant degree in technology, engineering, product management, or equivalent business experience.
- 7+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or business leader.
- Demonstrated team management and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile development workflow, backlog process, planning, and features.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
