About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Time Management Specialist to join our team. As a Time Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our project teams by ensuring timely delivery of project plans and schedules.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, including resource allocation and dependencies.
  2. Conduct regular schedule analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  5. Participate in contract evaluation and negotiation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A commercial mind-set, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Relevant experience in project planning and coordination, with a focus on schedule management.

A good understanding of Norwegian and English, both oral and written, is essential.

The work location is Onshore Oslo - Lysaker, and commuters are not accepted.
