As Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will lead a global team focused on enhancing our HR systems and processes to align with our overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with internal stakeholders across all business units to deliver strategic HR services.
Lead a global team to design and implement efficient HR processes, ensuring compliance and consistency.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in HR or client-facing business roles with expertise in compensation, benefits, retention, leadership development, culture transformation, and change management.
Proven experience managing international teams.
