Client Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Client Advisor to join our team at Oslo Outlet in Vestby. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in driving growth, building the brand, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service with a client-centric approach.
• Support the Store Manager to drive the store to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and organization in the store and stockroom, participate in stock takes, and manage daily operations, including stock delivery, returns, customer experience, and omnichannel procedures.
