Job Summary

This role contributes to the overall Sourcing and Procurement activities associated with Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). Key responsibilities include leading/managing deliverables assigned for ESG supply chain initiatives within three primary pillars: Carbon Footprint, Supplier Diversity, and Human Rights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global ESG supply chain initiatives across all TechnipFMC locations.
  • Engage with clients, industry bodies, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers on ESG discussions.
  • Stay up-to-date with ESG regulations and implement best practices for compliance.
  • Contribute to program and system development according to company policies, procedures, processes, and digital tools.
  • Identify ESG-related risks and opportunities within the global supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Manage performance goals to reduce environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, and improve overall efficiency and sustainability across the supply chain.
  • Achieve programmatic effectiveness by acting as an ESG subject matter expert and developing informational material for relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of prevailing ESG regulations and frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, GRI, GHG Protocol.
  • Understanding of oilfield services and/or manufacturing business operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and analyze data.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

Work Environment: The job requires spending at least 60-70% of time in an office environment. Frequent travel to client, industry, and supplier locations is expected.
