The Strategy Team for an Unit/ Segment at Tech-nipFMC needs a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive strategic decision supports through business cases. This includes running ad-hoc strategic competitors' analysis and conducting customer studies.

Main objectives include:

  1. Maintaining work instructions and documentation on sales processes.
  2. Reviewing sales action plans to get information on prospects.
  3. Assisting in the development of Sales strategy.
  4. Providing required forecast data for planning purposes.
  5. Tracking market trends and communicating key information to Sales team and management.

This role requires strong leadership skills, experience with data analysis and visualization software, process modeling and automation tools, as well as business management software.

To excel in this role:
  1. You should have a Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of experience in the related field.
  2. You must be fluent in English and possess strong networking skills.
