As a Warehouse Logistics Technician at TechnipFMC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of materials within our warehouse. Your work will support our supply chain operations, contributing to the overall success of our subsea service division.
Key Responsibilities- Goods Receipt and Inspection: Perform goods receipt in SAP for all incoming materials, including initial inspection and quality control.
- Stock Management and Placement: Handle stock placement, movement, and registration in SAP WMA (SYCLO) and SAP IM 4.3.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct quality control on demand, move parts to blocked stock if necessary, and report deviations.
- Documentation and Compliance: File documentation according to procedures and notify projects of received materials.
- Order Fulfillment and Shipping: Pick, pack, and send requested materials in accordance with TechnipFMC instructions.
- Transportation and Logistics: Perform or order internal and external transportation, ensuring compliance with regulations and certification of carriers.
- Warehouse Maintenance and Organization: Keep warehouse areas clean and tidy, participate in lean improvements, digitalization, and stock/EQ checks.
- Safety and Compliance: Work in compliance with TechnipFMC's HSE and Quality procedures, with the authority to stop unsafe acts or conditions.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: You have excellent cooperation and teamwork skills, thriving in a small, lean team environment.
- Effective Communication and Service Mindedness: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of service-mindedness.
- Innovative Drive and Problem-Solving: You have a passion for creating and developing new initiatives within our emerging department.
- Adaptability and Resilience: You can manage a high-volume workload and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical Proficiency and Traceability: You are experienced in using SAP as a warehouse management tool and understand basic principles of traceability.
- Qualifications and Certifications: You hold a certificate of completed apprenticeship in Logistics or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience. Forklift certification (T1, T2, T4 & T8/T20) is required.
