The Role

We're seeking highly motivated recent graduates to join our Procurement and Supply Chain Management team. As a Supply Chain Management Graduate, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Norway and international offices to ensure safe and efficient supply of goods and services to all Equinor operations and development projects globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to execute global category management activities, from strategy to contract management.
  • Contribute to driving the strategic agenda and new ways of working in the supply chain.
  • Develop commercial skills and understand how Equinor works with suppliers.
  • Participate in rotations across functions, business areas, or locations to broaden your perspective and enrich your learning journey.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in Economics, Business Management, Industrial economics, Logistics and Supply Chain, Law, or Engineering.
  • Completed degree by the year of starting (2024).
  • No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.
