Som leder for Channel-teamet i Crayon er du ansvarlig for å levere både på strategisk og operasjonelt nivå. Du vil få muligheten til å bruke din kompetanse tilknyttet salgsprosesser, salgsmetodikk samt god kjennskap til Partnernettverket i Norge.
Praktisk Informasjon:
Ansvaret
- Overordnet kommersielt ansvar for inntekter og utgifter i Channel-avdelingen, inkludert forecasting, budsjettering, overvåkning og oppfølging
- Personalansvar for Channel-teamet, herunder coaching, mentoring, lønnsamtaler og kompetanseutvikling
- Definere salgsprosesser og utvikle kommersielle konsepter innen channel
- Drive opplæring og onboarding, samt bistå under rekruttering av nyansatte
Krav
- 3+ år erfaring i en lederrolle, hvor du har jobbet med utvikling og oppfølging av medarbeidere
- Erfaring med salg av programvare og skytjenester er en fordel
- Meget god forståelse av salgsprosesser og salgsmetodikk
- God skriftlig og muntlig kommunikasjonsevne, bygger gode relasjoner og jobber strukturert
- Trygg, motstandsdyktig og robust leder, komfortabel i utfordrende situasjoner
