The Role

We are seeking a forward-leaning and energetic Head of Investor Relations to establish and lead a modern, professional IR function in a technology-driven growth company. As Head of Investor Relations, you will play a key role in Cavendish's dialogue with the capital markets and ensure clear, credible, and future-oriented communication with investors, analysts, and shareholders.

The role reports to the CFO, who is based in Oslo, and includes close collaboration with the executive management team based in Herning, Denmark. Regular travel between Oslo and Herning should be expected.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the IR agenda in a company driving the energy transition – at a pivotal stage of growth and international expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop Cavendish's investor relations function
  • Plan and execute capital markets activities, quarterly reporting, and IR events
  • Prepare strategic and financial communication, including stock exchange releases and presentations
  • Act as point of contact for shareholders, analysts, and financial stakeholders
  • Monitor shareholder composition and investor trends
  • Collaborate closely with CFO, CEO, on reporting and market communication
  • Help strengthen Cavendish's visibility and position as a growth-oriented green tech company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience from IR, corporate finance, audit, or equity research
  • Experience with capital markets communication, preferably in a listed company
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian
  • Background in industrial or technology-driven companies is an advantage
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and the green transition
