ROV Pilot Technician

We are seeking an experienced ROV Pilot Technician to join our team at DOF. As an ROV Pilot Technician, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our ROV/LARS systems, including the Kystdesign, Shilling UHD, Perry/Forum XLX, XLR, and XLX-C, and Argus systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain ROV/LARS systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with the ROV team to develop and implement maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and procedures to improve ROV operations.

Requirements:

  • One or more national recognized technical qualifications, trade qualifications, military service qualifications, or vocational qualifications in Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulics, or Mechanics.
  • Documented IMCA-based competence log for ROV Pilot Technician II.
  • Minimum two years offshore experience from ROV operations or relevant experience.
  • Experience within IMR projects is beneficial.
  • Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing.
