FDV Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FDV Specialist to join our team at SIT. As an FDV Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our FDV system, ensuring that all documents are properly organized, and that our team has access to the information they need to perform their jobs effectively.

• Implement and maintain our FDV system, ensuring that all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
• Develop and maintain procedures for document control, including document creation, review, and approval.
• Work closely with our team to ensure that all documents are properly managed and that our team has access to the information they need.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track document management metrics.
• Provide training and support to our team on document management best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in document management or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
