Fulcrum Digital is seeking a highly skilled Sr SRE to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation journey, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and scalability of our production environment.

About the Role

• Oversee all aspects of our Production Environment, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for Application Performance Monitoring and Optimization.
• Respond to Incidents and continuously improve our platform based on feedback and metrics.
• Support code deployment into multiple lower environments, emphasizing automation and efficiency.
• Design and standardize Monitoring and Alerting mechanisms for our supported applications.
• Apply a holistic approach to problem-solving, connecting the dots across our technology stack to optimize Mean Time to Recover.
• Engage in the entire lifecycle of services, from inception to refinement.
• Analyze ITSM activities and provide feedback to development teams on operational gaps.
• Support services before they go live, contributing to system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
• Lead DevOps automation and best practices, ensuring our CI/CD pipeline promotes software into higher environments through validation and operational gating.
• Maintain services once live, monitoring availability, latency, and system health.
• Scale systems sustainably through automation and innovation, pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
• Collaborate with a global team across tech hubs in multiple geographies and time zones.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior resources.
• Perform on-call duties on a rotational basis and adapt to occasional off-hours work requirements.
