Credit Risk Management Lead

We are looking for an experienced Credit Risk Management Lead to join our team at TN Norway. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for leading and managing project teams, ensuring successful delivery of analytics projects, and developing new scores and attributes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build client relationships, identify and drive client opportunities, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
  • Participate in pre-sales and sales meetings with clients and prospects to describe and position Experian's analytics projects.
  • Engage in consultative dialogue with clients to identify problems and define solutions, create and present proposals and recommendations.
  • Lead innovation analytics-driven projects, playing an active role in developing new analytics products and solutions.
  • Review project deliveries to ensure thorough analysis and quality procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Science, Economics, Management or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in credit risk management within the banking and finance sector or in any management consulting or analytics and data driven industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management and analytics areas, including EU and local regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze large datasets and develop predictive models.
