Regulatory Compliance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This will involve working closely with our production teams to identify and address any quality or safety concerns.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Food Safety and Quality Certification Audits on Site (FSSC22000, ISO9001, RSPO, MSC, Organic)
• Supporting customer complaint investigation, Non-Conformance Management, and Continuous Improvement on site.
• Supporting Quality Assurance activities such as writing Operational Procedures and Specifications, Supplier Non-Conformance Management on site, and Internal Audit program and outputs.
• Being an active member of the Food Safety team.
• Carrying out monitoring activities within the plant (EMP) and performing product release on product results returning from the external laboratory.
• Ensuring effective communication of Food Safety issues, ensuring understanding by all personnel whose activities have an impact on food safety.

You will need to have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Strong Understanding of Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of Microbiology.
• Knowledge of internal auditing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001; FSSC22000 management systems and HACCP.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English languages.
