Responsibilities

The Senior Project Leader will lead global Research and Development projects for cold water fish species to the highest internal, national, and international standards.

You will evaluate and ensure the quality standards and high level of performance confidence of developed products. In addition, you will determine product portfolio development lines and approaches.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to join our team. You will have a Ph.D. in life sciences, Veterinary Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 7-8 years' experience in pharmaceutical R&D, preferably vaccine development.

You will have 5+ years' experience in leading a diverse R&D team and R&D projects, knowledge of local and EU legislation procedures and guidelines governing pharmaceutical products, and proficiency in English language is required; proficiency in Norwegian is desired.
