Our team has a diverse cultural background, with a deep understanding of business practices in Europe, especially in the Nordic markets and China. We also have a series of processes such as human resources management and financial supervision.

Role Summary:

The HR Consultant will develop the HR function in Norway and work closely with the company to create a good framework for all employee activities, including HR Strategy, recruitment, development, competence, attract and keep employees. The role supports day-to-day tasks in operation, administration, and strategically on the company level.

Responsibilities:
  • HR Framework and Templates: Update and create HR frameworks and templates, HR policies and strategies.
  • HR Business Processes: Ensure proper and efficient functioning of HR business processes.
  • Support Line Managers: Support line managers in HR matters.
  • Talent Management: Drive talent management process to attract, develop, and retain the right talent.
  • Payroll and Pension Administration: Coordinate payroll and pension administration.
  • Branding and Recruitment Activities: Engage in branding and recruitment activities.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Union Work and Compliance: Act as the contact person for union work, recruiters, payroll, and candidates.
  • Training and Development: Plan, administer, and coordinate training programs.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Education: University degree (Master or Bachelor's degree) or similar.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in a generalist role.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of union work, collective agreements, and labor law. Experienced in recruitment and fluent in written and oral English and Norwegian.
Estimated Salary:

NOK 800,000 - NOK 1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
