Job Description

The Department of Chemistry at the University of Bergen seeks a highly skilled Senior Research Chemist to fill the position of Senior Engineer. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the establishment and operation of the national infrastructure for automated synthetic chemistry NorHTE.

You will also participate in externally funded research and innovation projects within inorganic and organometallic synthesis. Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to establishing and operating the NorHTE infrastructure, while 30% will contribute to a large interdisciplinary research project focused on new technology for hydrogen-based energy carriers.
