Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and approving documentation from subcontractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and legislation.
  • Programming process control systems (PLC).
  • Developing project documentation such as functional descriptions and testing procedures.
  • Monitoring and reporting progress on assigned work packages.
  • Performing on-site testing and participating in offshore commissioning.
Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Educated in Automation, Cybernetics, or a related field, BSc or MSc.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with PLC-based process control systems.
  • Experience with Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 or similar control systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding system control diagrams (SCD).
  • Comos experience is highly advantageous.
  • Experience from EICT projects in the oil and gas sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as NORSOK is beneficial.
