Job Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at PARETO SECURITIES AS. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales in the Norwegian market, developing customer relations, and strengthening brand positioning.

The position requires achieving company sales objectives through account management, strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management with buyers. You will be responsible for making customers successful with our amazing product offer.

  • Maintain and grow sales in the Norwegian market
  • Develop customer relations and new business opportunities
  • Strengthen brand positioning
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and end-of-season sales analysis
  • Maintain the highest degree of client service and act as a brand ambassador
  • Planning and executing market 4 times a year
  • Reporting and product development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and growing sales in the Norwegian market
  • Developing customer relations and new business opportunities
  • Strengthening brand positioning
  • Performing weekly, monthly, and end-of-season sales analysis
