Role Overview

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance developer productivity, streamline workflows, and ensure the scalability and performance of our frontend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable frontend architectures and frameworks that support rapid iteration and maintainability across multiple projects.
  • Tooling and Automation: Develop and maintain tooling, automation, and CI/CD pipelines to facilitate efficient frontend development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment on technical implementations.
  • Code Quality and Standards: Establish and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and code review processes to maintain high-quality codebase integrity.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in frontend development, and evaluate their potential impact on our technology stack.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document architectural designs, processes, and solutions effectively, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
