Job Title: Test Technician - Controls & Automation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Test Technician to join our Controls & Automation team in Kongsberg. As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for managing and executing Controls EFAT tests, mobilizing and demobilizing equipment, running system tests and product tests, and supporting product owners and supervisors with fault finding and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute Controls EFAT tests in Kongsberg.
  • Mobilize and demobilize equipment and products.
  • Run system tests and product tests on behalf of Projects.
  • Support product owners and supervisors with fault finding and software.
  • Support EFAT supervisor when needed.
  • Maintain a high level of product and system competence.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or certificate of apprenticeship.
  • Knowledge or education within system testing and Automation.
  • Solution-oriented and able to structure to solve complex challenges.
  • Relating building abilities and work well in a team-oriented environment, including cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
  • Strong Microsoft office experience, PowerBI, Excel, etc. Experience with smart tools and InControl is beneficial.
