Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a highly skilled Skincare & Fragrance Category Trainer to join our Nordic education team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail education, preferably within the beauty industry, and excellent presentation skills. They will be responsible for executing education programs, planning and delivering training sessions, and strengthening sales and consumer experience capabilities within our field sales teams.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and collaborative team player who thrives on change and innovation. They will have a passion for skincare and fragrance, as well as previous experience as a beauty expert, preferably within the skincare and/or fragrance category.

The role is based in the Oslo region, and some travel will be expected approximately 5 days per month. We offer an attractive and competitive compensation package, a hybrid working model, and a wide variety of social office events.
