Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Lead to join our Global Sourcing and Procurement team within Controls and Automation at TechnipFMC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to deliver best-in-class Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies
    • Design and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives and drive cost savings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities.
  • Manage Supplier Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost performance.
    • Identify and mitigate supplier risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Procurement Execution
    • Lead procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Supply Chain Analysis
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
    • Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure sourcing effectiveness.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business decisions.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Distribution.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Quality.
  • Skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution.
    • Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize multiple tasks.
