Job Overview

TN Norway is currently recruiting for a Workshop/Maintenance Foreman to join our Well Testing & Commissioning team based in Stavanger.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct a team in a workshop environment, undertaking maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs to a range of equipment.
  • Ensure equipment preparation meets Company standards for safe use in an operational environment.
  • Plan tasks to meet operational requirements, highlighting problem areas and ensuring timely completion.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure component procurement and movement.
  • Lead load outs and ensure documentation is completed for compliance.
  • Participate in toolbox talks and planning meetings as required.
  • Report incidents and non-conformances in line with procedures and deadlines.
  • Undertake inspections of equipment and prepare documentation for compliance.
Requirements
  • Technical qualification and extensive previous work experience in the related product line.
  • Previous team leader experience would be an advantage.
