Aircraft Maintenance Program and Reliability Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an aviation engineering expert to work with us in Oslo. We offer a competitive salary package, excellent benefits, and a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in aviation engineering, work experience with Aircraft Maintenance Program and Reliability, and strong analytical capability with excellent MS Office suite skills & MRO systems, preferably AMOS. They will also have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and co-workers at all functional levels.

We encourage recent engineering graduates to apply for this opportunity as well. This job requires fluency in both written and spoken English, and a Scandinavian language would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, improve, and maintain the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP)
  • Continuously monitor the AMP performance
  • Based on fleet data, perform detailed analysis of aircraft and component performance
  • Review and monitor significant aircraft defects, recurring defects, dispatch reliability, delay coding, MEL usage, MEL deviation, and highlight trends and identify root causes
  • Liaise with OEMs to increase product reliability and reduce removal rates/deferred defect rates
  • Publish Reliability reports for all AOCs and perform detailed analysis of trends and exceeders
  • Participate in Reliability Control Board Meetings and annual review of Maintenance Programs
  • Participate in Boeing Fleet Team Xchange / ISC activities
