We are a fast-growing Fintech company, headquartered in Bergen, and we're looking for an experienced VP of Engineering to lead our engineering team.

Aritma is experiencing significant demand for our products as we continue to scale. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our engineers, overseeing compliance, and driving the success of our technology strategy.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in a senior engineering leadership role, such as VP of Engineering or Head of Engineering.
  • A strong technical background with expertise in scalable systems, architecture, and modern development practices.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong experience in establishing and enforcing engineering compliance policies and processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience with managing large-scale projects and scaling tech teams in a fast-growing environment.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile, Lean, and other development methodologies.
  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
