We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at adidas. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of adidas products and services to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Perform various sales floor tasks, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on adidas products, services, and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
