PRA Group is a global leader in the asset recovery and accounts receivable management industry. We are seeking a talented Senior Legal Advisor to join our Nordic legal team.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various stakeholders. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for helping with day-to-day legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising on negotiations and agreements. You will also participate in the development of commercially focused solutions and provide support on GDPR matters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Negotiation and Contractual Obligations: Participate in negotiation and delivery of portfolio acquisition in Norway, Sweden, and Finland
  • Contract Operationalization: Close collaboration with the operations team to operationalize contract obligations and advise on contract compliance
  • Contract Drafting and Review: Participate in the drafting/reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing Nordic commercial contracts, from day-to-day engagements to major projects
  • GDPR Support: Provide advice and support on GDPR matters
