Sales Director

Parker Drilling is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
  • Establish and manage effective sales programs to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Lead Sales Team
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members
  • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure sales team is meeting performance goals
• Manage Sales Operations
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Develop and implement sales process improvements
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business objectives

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales, business development, and/or marketing experience
