We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter - Intertek Sandefjord to join our team in Italy. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for both contractors and employees. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with international teams, and contributing to the success of major projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Norwegian labor laws and work permit process. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proven ability to build positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Key Tasks
  • Create job ads on relevant forums.
  • Coordinate interviews.
  • Source candidates suitable for our roles.
  • Liaise with the Nordic HR team regarding contracts and policies.
