Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support/Stockroom Associate to join our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive selling.
  • Support the store in executing company initiatives.
  • Think creatively to engage clients and reach out to a wider client base.
  • Monitor inaccuracies on deliveries and communicate them to relevant contacts.
  • Coordinate and action all deliveries.
  • Implement new policies and procedures in partnership with relevant departments.
  • Control inventory – investigate inaccuracies, ticketing issues, stock transfers, and in-store handling of goods.
  • Communicate with the store team and relevant partners in the business.
  • Deliver a consistent experience aligned to RL Brand expectations by supporting the company and store vision.
  • Champion RL core values.
  • Embrace RL 'More ways to shop' and new technology.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
  • Maintain exceptional productivity standards through store execution.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within a stockroom in a store environment.
  • Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
  • Full understanding of basic stockroom tasks: receiving goods, distribution and transfer of merchandise, time management.
  • IT literacy, including Word, Excel, IP/GUI, Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required).
  • Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
  • Planning and prioritization/time management skills.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
