Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our Back Office team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our Regulatory Operations unit, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our group entities meet regulatory reporting requirements in accordance with statutory regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform transaction reporting and related controls under various regimes (EMIR, REMIT, MIFID II, Dodd-Frank)
- Ensure regulatory reporting processes are well-documented and maintained
- Monitor daily KPIs and analyze any exceptions
- Implement regulatory changes and address ad-hoc requests related to regulatory aspects
- Support the implementation of new business initiatives from a regulatory reporting and compliance perspective
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Trading/Front Office, Compliance, and IT
Requirements
- Academic degree in business, energy, or a related field
- Relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills and process consciousness
- Commercial mindset, proactive problem-solving attitude, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision
- Reliable team player, committed to achieving shared goals
- Advanced computer skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
- Business fluency in English, with German language skills beneficial
