Job Summary: We seek a seasoned and meticulous Bookkeeping Specialist to join our elite team of virtual assistants. This role requires a deep understanding of US accounting practices and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Analyze and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy in financial statements
  • Deliver timely and comprehensive financial reports, summaries, and analysis to clients
  • Ensure seamless bank reconciliations and effective cash flow management
  • Support clients in developing budgets and financial plans
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to guarantee compliance with tax regulations
  • Foster efficiency in clients' financial processes and enhance overall performance
  • Offer expert guidance and support to clients on financial matters

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in US bookkeeping and accounting roles
  • Must be adaptable to working graveyard shift (MNL TIME) on a Fulltime basis
  • Proficient in utilizing QuickBooks
  • Possess an Accounting Degree
  • Thorough understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
