About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Data Center Operations team in Oslo, Norway. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and deputizing the Critical Facility Manager when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Operations team, including shift technicians, to ensure proper service delivery on site.
  • Deputize the Critical Facility Manager, providing leadership and guidance to the teams.
  • Evaluate and implement effective succession planning arrangements.
  • Maintain statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
  • Foster a customer-focused approach, maintaining relationships with key client contacts.
Requirements:
