Job Description

As a Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise and Norwegian language skills to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to entrepreneurs and businesses to enhance their online presence.
  • Assist clients in improving their reputation and providing insights into how customers search for them.
  • Investigate complex issues and define solutions or escalate when necessary.

Requirements:
