Job Description
  • Manage Schedules: Create, maintain, and report on project schedules, ensuring precision and efficiency in project execution.
  • Support Production: Assist with production schedules and tender schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Material & Resource Planning: Track and report on material, resources, and delivery metrics, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Process Improvement: Lead and assist in process improvement initiatives within the planning department, implementing best practices and improving operational efficiency.
  • Authority: Act on behalf of the Project Manager and Planning Manager in all areas of project planning, ensuring seamless communication and decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare internal and external planning-related reports, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A BSc with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in planning, production, or supply chain management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera, SAP, and MS Office applications, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to work with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian.
