Embedded Software Specialist

About this role

We are looking for an Embedded Software Specialist to join our team at TOMRA Reuse. As an Embedded Software Specialist, you will contribute to the design and implementation of the embedded models and systems we are developing.

This is a key role in a small, multidisciplinary team organized as a corporate start-up. You will work closely with different engineering disciplines, project managers, customers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the conceptual development of novel holistic systems based on reusable packaging.
• Use-case modeling for all relevant stakeholders.
• Specification of system requirements and architecture.
• Development of embedded HW and SW modules, from idea to industrialization of stable environments deployed in a global market.
• Complete software stack for a brand new generation of automated collection points/reverse vending machines.
• Developing the market's most attractive solutions contributing to establishing a new solid business area within the TOMRA group.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc., in the field of robotics, embedded software or electronics.
• Minimum two years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in development of mobile solutions, internet applications, cloud hosting, and system integration.
