About the Role

This is a quota-carrying sales position that requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a broader account team. You will be responsible for driving self-generated sales opportunities focused on the full Salesforce Marketing and Commerce technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Be the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing and Commerce solutions for top Norwegian companies.
  2. Educate the broader account team on all Salesforce Marketing and Commerce technology capabilities.
  3. Collaborate with the account and territory team to identify target accounts.
  4. Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts.
  5. Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting into current Salesforce customers.
  6. Own the sales cycle for the entire Salesforce Marketing and Commerce technology stack.
  7. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  8. Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking and associations.
  9. Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • A passion for selling transformative enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives into accounts of more than 1000 employees.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software and/or technology sales, account management, and enterprise software sales in Norway.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian is a must.
  • A point of view on industry trends and the ability to build a narrative of digital transformation.
  • Digital Marketing sales experience and experience with relevant Marketing technology is preferred.
  • Strong preference for prior experience with the full Salesforce Marketing Technology Stack.
  • Proven track record of sales excellence working as an Individual Contributor and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Professional presence and business acumen.
  • Experience selling at the 'C' level is a plus.
