Norsk Gjenvinning Metall AS has joined forces with Fortum Recycling & Waste to create NG Nordic, a leading provider of circular solutions and environmental services in the Nordic region. We are building a new procurement organization to unlock cost synergies, drive operational excellence, and support the future growth of NG Nordic.
We are looking for an experienced Indirect Category Strategy Manager to lead the development of our indirect category strategy. In this role, you will identify opportunities for cost savings, optimize procurement processes, and establish best-in-class standards for procuring indirect products and services.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or category management, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and implementing category initiatives.
- Expertise in supplier selection, contract negotiation, relationship management, and contract management.
