Job Overview

Estimated Salary: NOK 800,000 - 1,200,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

This role involves working as a Document Controller with our client in Bergen or Stavanger, Norway. The ideal candidate will have strong document management skills, be fluent in Norwegian and English, and have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and follow up Engineering and Supplier's documents and technical information in internal and external systems
  • Monitor, secure and follow up document deliverables from engineering, project management and suppliers/3rd party
  • Coordinate and monitor technical information in close cooperation with the engineering team
  • Ensure that requirements for technical information and work processes are followed in the projects
  • Ensure quality of documents regarding formatting, etc.
  • Ensure timely and coordinated execution of identified deliverables
  • Participate in building up the system and process for engineering and project execution
  • Assist quality department handling governing documents in systems

Requirements:

  • Experience with Document Management and LCI
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Fluent written and spoken Norwegian/English
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Actively seeking improvements in ongoing systems and processes
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of business processes
  • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to use and learn new systems and tools
  • Previous experience using Proarc preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel, SharePoint and Teams a benefit
  • Familiarity with IFS
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
  • Solution- and goal-oriented
