Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Carbon Capture Engineer to support our full-scale CCS units and Mobile Test Units (MTUs). This role will play a crucial part in the development of our green industry and provide a high degree of personal responsibility and varied work tasks.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to the daily operations of our CCUS plants and agreements, ensuring safe execution of work for people and the environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the operations centre for our CCUS plants and aftermarket agreements
  • Participate in planning and execution of commissioning, start-up, operation, and maintenance of full-size CCS plants and MTUs
  • Contribute to operational and maintenance documents in CCUS projects, studies, and tendering in SLB Capturi as required
Qualifications
  • Technical education, preferably a combination of B.Sc or M.Sc in process, chemical, or mechanical direction
  • Relevant work experience from similar or related roles may be considered in lieu of education
  • Strong multidisciplinary understanding (mechanical, electro, instrument, process)
  • Knowledge of Control Systems
  • Experience with commissioning and start-up
  • Practical, technical background
