This position involves overseeing internal and external project cost status reporting, ensuring accurate and consistent cost tracking, managing accruals, forecasts, cash flow inputs, invoice handling, and preparation of requisitions.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Cost Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering variance explanations to the Finance department, developing and maintaining the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), handling project changes with cost impact, identifying, analyzing, and tracking cost changes versus sanctioned budgets, developing and managing contingency drawdown plans, preparing and following-up on Manpower Projection Plans and man-hour cost estimates, correlating cost data with other project data, investigating variances, preparing analysis, highlighting inconsistencies, and proposing mitigating actions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
