Job Summary

Kongsberg Maritime is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instructor to join our team of automation experts. As a key member of our training organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality product training to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our automation products, including the K-Chief system.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments, regulations, and best practices in automation and sensing solutions.
  • Collaborate with our global training organization and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of training services.
  • Participate in the development of new courses and training materials to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Requirements

  • Proven technical or operational experience in automation products, preferably with Kongsberg Maritime.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Experience in course or e-learning development is an asset.
